Our current hygiene & safety measures
The health and safety of our guests and employees is our top priority. We constantly observe and evaluate the current situation in order to be able to react with suitable measures.
To make your stay safe and relaxed we have taken the following measures:
Highest hygienic standards
We have extended our professional cleaning standard with additional disinfecting measures. Our cleaning staff wears a mouth-and-nose protection and we offer our guests an additional disinfectant dispenser in the entrance area.
Contactless and digital check-in/out
In our boarding houses there is no reception or staff on site. The check-in is done independently via our key safe. During your stay you can reach us at any time by phone or via WhatsApp.
Cashless payments
We offer our guests the possibility to pay cash free. The payment of your reservation will be made by credit card or bank transfer on the day of arrival at the latest. You will receive your invoice by e-mail after check-out.
Interim cleaning of the apartments
The interim cleaning is still done every 14 days. Our cleaning staff will only enter the apartments by prior appointment. If you don´t wish to have an interim cleaning, we will gladly provide you with additional cleaning materials, bed linen and towels.
Fully equipped kitchen
Our apartments are all equipped with a kitchen/kitchenette. Whether a breakfast or a delicious dinner: In comparison to a traditional hotel room you will stay flexible and you will be able to prepare your meals independently.
Free cancellable rates
Since the current situation is difficult to evaluate, we have additionally created flexible rates. No deposit and a free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival gives you more flexibility with your booking.
